undonebooks.com is the online store of Undone (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at contact@undonebooks.com. By buying from this site you agree to these terms.
What you’re buying
Undone: Trauma is a digital book of 100 questions, one to a page, delivered as a PDF of 101 A5 pages. It contains no theory, advice or exercises.
It is not therapy, counselling, or medical or psychological advice, and it is not a substitute for professional care. If you are in danger or in crisis, contact your local emergency services.
Price and payment
The price is shown on the product page and again at checkout: EGP 750 for buyers in Egypt, charged in Egyptian pounds, and US$15 for buyers elsewhere, charged in US dollars. The price at checkout is the full price. There is no delivery charge.
Payment is taken by our payment provider on its own secure page. We never see or store your card details. Your order is confirmed once the payment is approved, and we email you a receipt.
Delivery
The book is delivered by email as a download link, normally within minutes of payment. See Orders & Downloads.
Your licence
Buying the book gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, read and print it for your own private use. You may not:
- copy, forward, upload or otherwise share the file, or the questions in it, for other people to use;
- resell, rent, sublicense or give away the book;
- use it as material in a paid course, workshop or service without our written permission.
Quoting a single question, with credit to Undone, is fine.
Ownership
The book and everything on this site are protected by copyright. Your purchase gives you the licence above, not ownership of the content.
Refunds
Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any purchase is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force on the day you bought applies to that purchase.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Egypt have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
