Delivery
Undone books are digital. As soon as your payment is approved, we email a download link to the address you entered at checkout. It normally arrives within a few minutes. Nothing is shipped, so there are no shipping, customs or handling fees, and we deliver anywhere with an email address.
Your receipt
Every order comes with an emailed receipt carrying your order reference. Keep it. It’s what we ask for if you ever write to us about the order.
Downloading your book
The link downloads the book as a PDF that you can keep, read on any device, and print for your own use. Save it somewhere you’ll find it again. If your link stops working later, write to us and we’ll send a new one.
If it hasn’t arrived
- Give it fifteen minutes.
- Check your spam, junk and promotions folders, and search your inbox for “Undone”.
- Make sure the email address you typed at checkout was correct.
- Still nothing? Email contact@undonebooks.com with the address you used and your order reference, and we’ll resend it within one working day.
Wrong email address
If you typed the wrong address at checkout, write to us from the right one with your order reference, and we’ll send the book there instead.
