What we collect
- At checkout: your name, email address and country.
- From the payment provider: confirmation that you paid, with the amount, currency, date and a payment reference. Your card details go straight to the provider. They are never sent to us, and we never store them.
- If you write to us: your name, email address and whatever you put in your message.
What we use it for
To send you the book and your receipt, to answer your messages and sort out any problem with your order, and to keep the sales records the law requires. Your country tells us which currency to charge.
What we don’t do
We never sell your details, rent them, or share them for anyone else’s marketing. We don’t add you to a mailing list unless you ask to be added.
Who else handles it
Only the services needed to complete your order: our payment provider, which processes your payment under its own privacy policy, and our email service, which delivers your download link and receipt.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies, and stores nothing in your browser.
How long we keep it
Order records (name, email, country, amount, date) are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Messages are deleted once the matter is closed, and within twelve months at the latest.
Deleting your data
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@undonebooks.com from the address you used and we’ll act on it within 30 days. The only thing we may have to keep is the basic record of a sale, where the law requires it, and we’ll tell you if that applies.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
