They came from real people. Things they said, did, avoided or kept repeating without noticing. Some were already questions. Most weren’t. They were things found in one person, then another, then nearly everyone, and turned into a question so you can check for them in yourself.

How it works
You answer alone, on your own paper, in any order. The book explains nothing and doesn’t tell you what your answers mean. Somewhere along the way the same thing starts showing up in different answers. Nobody points it out. You see it yourself.
It isn’t therapy. It’s the step before it. A one-page guide at the start covers how to use it.

Is this therapy?
No. It’s the step before it. The questions help you find where it hurts; they don’t diagnose it, treat it, or tell you what your answers mean.
What you find, you can take to a therapist, or into your own life. If you’re already in therapy, it gives you something real to bring to your next session.

Why does a PDF cost EGP 450?
You’re not paying for pages. Anyone can write a hundred questions. The work was in finding the ones people don’t ask themselves.
Five are above, free. If none of them lands, don’t buy it. And it doesn’t get used up: answer it again next year and you’ll write a different book.
Is it heavy?
Some of it. A few questions touch on abuse, violence, self-harm and addiction. You can skip any question, stop whenever you want, and come back when you’re ready.
How do I get the book?

Can I give it as a gift?

How do I use the book?
There’s a one-page guide at the start: how to answer, what to do when a question won’t open or you feel yourself avoiding it, how many to answer in a day, and when to come back to the book.
Do I have to answer in order?
No. Start wherever you like, front to back or whichever question sits closest that day.
Can I print it?
Yes, for your own use. The pages are A5, so it prints two to a sheet of A4, or one to a sheet if you want room to write.
Can I get a refund?
If the file doesn’t arrive or doesn’t work, yes, in full. If you change your mind before opening the download link, yes, in full. Once it has been downloaded the sale is final. The Refund Policy has the details.
How do I pay?
